RED Episode 190: Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend is Back Part 2
SHOUT OUTS
Thanks to all our patrons and everyone in the Runcation Nation for all your support and encouragement. Because of you, we have been able to keep the show going over the last 18 months, and now that the races are returning, we look forward to meeting up with you, too!
Good luck to JoJo (@positivelypoli1) who is running the Magnolia Half this weekend!
Special thanks to Ryan Teetz @RyanRunsDisney who invited us to join him and his fellow running buddies in recapping our first race weekend back at Disney! (Watch it here: https://youtu.be/4Fp0F6rUZ9o ).
For anyone who would like a shoutout on the show, please don’t forget to send them to us. We do our best to collect them throughout the week, but please send them our way! Send them to info@runeatdrink.net or call 941-677-2733!
Special thank you to all our patrons! We have been able to expand our studio and keep the show going over the last year and a half.
We can’t express how much it means to us. Your support is appreciated from the bottom of our hearts.

RUN
Wine and Dine Race Weekend returned… LIVE! This year, as Aimee focuses on shorter distances, we opted to run the 5K and 10K, so we created our own sort of challenge. Dana likes to call it the Charcuterie Challenge… what do you think? This week, we talk about the 10K race distance, the race course, swag, and medal. We are so happy the races have returned!
EAT
The 2021 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival is back, too! We sought out all the vegan options this year, and there were some tasty treats! We recorded our reactions as we tasted each dish. This week, we play it back and chat about our experiences over the weekend. This week we highlight offerings from the “Brew-Wing” and India booths.
DRINK
At the Wine and Dine Race Weekend Expo, we were able to sample non-alcoholic beer from Athletic Brewing. We sampled some on beer chats last week, but we have one more to share with all of you: Upside Dawn Golden Ale. We break this one down on the show this week.
THAT’S A WRAP!
Thank you for listening! We are looking forward to YEAR NUMBER 5 of the podcast because of all your support! Don’t forget to follow us and let us know where to find you next on our website, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Also, check out our store on the website and get some swag, thanks to Pure Creative Apparel. Thanks to PodcastMusic.com for providing the music for this episode, too!
